Monfort Studio Letterpress Business Cards

Jason Monfort, our neighbor, friend and superbly talented custom wood craftsman (wait until you see the website we are crafting for him!) needed some business cards. Here's the result:

The cards were letterpress printed by Jazyrain on French Paper's 140# Speckletone Kraft paper using PMS 476 and a clear varnish for the wood grain. We tested just doing a blind emboss for the wood grain and the results with the clear varnish was just far superior.

I love letterpress!
